"The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...

"The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and its budget friendly. There is also a free coffee machine and snacks at the check in office. But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. "This is your basic airport hotel. The front desk gentleman, Eric, does his very best at keeping the hotel running at night. But, he needs help. The sofa bed was not made & there were no pillows when we asked for them. Showed had a few hairs. Airport shuttle is convenient. Air conditioning unit did not cool sufficiently so the unit kept turning on & off all night, making a lot of noise. It was just ok, but there are limited options around the airport."
