Very clean rooms. Very quiet, even with softball teams staying there. Breakfast could be a little better. Not much selection. Was clean and good though. Parking was easy and right off I-29. Will stay there again, absolutely.

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Phillips during our cross-country road trip. The hotel has a beautiful historic charm while still offering modern comforts. The lobby is elegant, and the overall atmosphere made our stay feel special. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of driving. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient throughout our visit. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to downtown attractions and restaurants. We especially appreciated the unique character of the hotel—it was a refreshing change from the typical chain hotels. Overall, Hotel Phillips was an excellent stop on our journey, and we would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Kansas City. Highly recommended!
