"Mandai Resort is lovely. I highly recommend the reservoir view. Everything in the room is perfect—great amenities, high quality bed, spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good and different items are offered daily. The snacks in the lobby are a nice touch. The pool is a good size with a beautiful view. The forest walk is also great. I stayed 3 nights and honestly wish I had added another night. I didn’t get the chance to try the Forage restaurant…next time!"

"景観が良く、素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋に入るとカーテンが自動で開いたので、驚きました。プールのスタッフの方はいつも丁寧で、気持ちの良いサービスをしていただきました。朝食のBasilicoも毎朝飽きない美味しさでした。野菜たっぷりのオムレツも美味しかったです。お布団やソファも気持ち良かったのですが、何よりバスローブの心地よさにはびっくりしました。 初日は若い男性がピアノを弾いていてくださり、とても素敵な気持ちにさせていただきました。 チェックイン等でお世話になった笑顔の素敵な女性の方（お名前を忘れてしまいました）に、チェックアウトの時にお会いできなかったことを、英語ができない子どもたちが残念がっていました。英語の会話でもそういう嬉しい想いをさせていただいたことに感謝しています。 コンラッドは初めての滞在でしたが、またぜひ宿泊してみたいと思う快適な数日間でした。"

The service car is helpful but can get quiet popular so we often chose to walk to our location rather than wait the 20 mins. During one of the nights we found a cockroach in our bathroom on the 20th floor. Staff at reception was notified and she apologized."
