"Great room, but the check-in experience left something to be desired. The staff member who checked me in had very little warmth I got a judgmental vibe, possibly because of how young I look. When I asked him to clarify a question (something as simple as “what card do you have”), instead of explaining himself he just sighed and went back to typing without a word. A quick “debit or credit?” would’ve gone a long way. I did get the room without any real issue, so this is more about how I was...

"I stayed for three nights, and the experience was unacceptable. For two days, there was no body wash in the room, forcing me to use shampoo as a substitute. On another day, my room was not cleaned at all. Additionally, I greeted a housekeeping staff member in the morning, and they completely ignored me and walked away without even acknowledging my greeting. This lack of basic courtesy and poor service is extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel."

"Helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and AC worked well. The bed and variety of pillows was appreciated. A few spots in the room need a face lift, but overall it was nice."

"Very conveniently located hotel to Knott’s Berry Farm. Decently priced and nicely decorated. Good gym facilities and pool (I was able to workout in the gym and swim laps) while my teenagers went to Knott's Berry Farm. Very well priced Happy Hour ($4 beers). Overall very clean hotel except for a couple of areas that smelled weird in the hallway (similar to an assisted living facility). Parking is pricey at $25/day (hidden added fees)."

"Parking spots need to be reconfigured as the small spaces resulted in many vehicles choosing to double park. The property is definitely dated. We were in the area for an event and had booked over a month ago, but due time the chemical leak, many families were displaced and ended up in local hotels. Due to the crowds, we opted to check out and skipped the breakfast."

"Only thing good about this hotel is the staff, So nice, so accommodating. The room was Horrible! The shower constantly dripped water would not shut off. The Gym was closed for the whole week! “Free breakfast” was wack. Nothing but carbs! Muffins, bagels, cereal and waffles! They did have boiled eggs which was cool But no scrambled eggs, or protein.!!! What kind of breakfast is that! Popcorn ceiling is always indication that it’s not great. Price was pretty high considering how horrible...
