"Shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower did not work. Coffee in the morning was weak and watery."

"This is the first time I experienced arriving at a hotel, only to find out, due to the hotel staff not doing their due diligence (the basic requirement of verifying the identity of someone checking in against the booking), that they checked someone else into my room!"

"All was good. Only thing that was meh was the pool had a lot of dead bugs and twigs. And the coffee machine in our room didn’t work. Other than that hotel is great 👍"

"Nice breakfast, front desk crew are friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet and clean. Great location, tons of parking, well lit, and area felt safe. Short walking distance to BSU and area restaurants. Nice to have a fridge, drinking glasses, cooktop. Beds weren't the best--pretty firm/bouncy. Only 1 mirror in room and bathroom layout was weird--small tub/toilet behind a door next to a small vanity/sink and only one light switch for both areas. Turn on the light at night = wake up everybody else...

"The bed was old and worn out, sagging. Asked to switch rooms in hopes bed would be better and was told that’s not an option. Had to check out and pay for another room somewhere else shortly after checking in due to not being able to sleep on such uncomfortable bed. Staff didn’t care. Sauna was out of order also. Room smelled bad too. Spend the extra $60 for a nicer place somewhere else."

"Pay $50 more and stay at the clean hotel. I can’t wait to get home and shower. "

"The front desk staff wasn’t particularly welcoming at check-in. The building is old but it’s clean. The room was nice and the beds were fine. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable which was frustrating since it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Breakfast the next morning was nice with hot waffles and muffins. If the issues with the pool get sorted out we would be happy to stay again."

"This place was very old and not very well updated. Especially the bathroom. The faucet was not attached to the sink and the towel rack mounted wacky. The bathroom also featured the smallest mini roll of toilet paper I have ever seen. It was like they just plain shrunk it! The lobby and halls were very dingy and old. There was an Indian restaurant located within, which was the best part."

"The rooms were filthy dirty tvs didn’t work the bathtub was broke in 1 room and the electrical outlet was open with no cover. The lady at the front desk was trying to help as much as she could but was limited due to management."

"The only reason I didnt give it all 5 stars was there were no nozzles to power the jets in the hot tub. Otherwise great stay!!"
