"Very disappointed with my stay at Novotel. I booked a room with two beds for two people, but at check-in they said the reservation showed only one guest and charged me an extra We received the exact same room with no additional service or amenities, and the only explanation was that it was “hotel policy.”
For a reputed brand like Novotel, I expected better transparency and customer service. The hotel is overhyped, with basic amenities for the price, and even breakfast costs extra. Definitely not...

"We stayed here twice within 2 weeks while our house was being renovated. Booked 2 bedroom apartment. First apartment’s living room floor was very noisy and creaked every time we walked on it. We were given an option to move after we complained but we stayed since we had a lot of luggage and a baby . We checked in again after staying in an Airbnb that was very noisy and this time we got a higher floor. The ac was stuck on arctic temp so the first night we had to turn it off and it was fixed the...
