"When you drive up and entering the front desk the hotel looks rundown. The room was actually updated with a few things still needing done. The room was not super clean with hair on bath floor and Little Rocks on the floor. the pillows smelled of past guests sleep sweat. The room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. I chose this hotel for the very good rating. I would not give it that rating. I would say it’s a two star with a good rating. The front desk people were friendly, helpful and...

"The continental breakfast was so good!"

"Upon checking in, we were greeted by Carol and she did a fabulous job. Was very professional and accommodating. We plan on staying again for one of our weekend getaways. I would highly recommend."

"Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton."

"The room was dirty, the supposedly hot tub room was not a hot tub room, it was a bathtub with jets. And it was filthy dirty. The TV didnt work at first and had to have someone fix it. Also I tried to get a refund after seeing the condition of the room and they wouldn't give me a refund even tho I wasnt trying to stay over night there."

"Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless. Didn't get to use the pool but it appeared to also be spotless. Noise level was minimal. My only mild inconvenience was that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and it does kick on and off VERY frequently which was a little annoying, but I don't think that's anyone's fault! "
