In the heart of Clinton, this spacious house is on a quiet street walkable to a lake great for fishing. The kitchen has amenities prepared for long stays such as a coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Four bedrooms, three baths, a large living room, and a terrific dining area for eight plus a full-size washer and dryer. The back deck has a lovely, quiet area for relaxing outside. Perfect for your 29+ stay.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

You are able to receive mail and packages. We are not responsible for your items.

No boats or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked at the house.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 26 Years of Age.**

We do have rules in place:
-No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property.
-No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items.
-No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
