"Overall ok, it is clean and the location is good, but the place is old, mattresses need an upgrade. One of the nights was a bit noisy and it is misleading to advertise it as breakfast included when the only “food” available was coffee."

"Walked in around noon and the front desk employee was on her cell phone. I waited, and when she didn’t acknowledge me, I said hello. She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy. Very poor customer service. "Excellent and friendly staff. They have bikes with helmets for use and are in great condition. Breakfast was very basic but good. Coffee was acceptable. Room was very clean! Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel remains under renovation, and there were some technical difficulties that caused someone to cancel their reservation altogether. The keys did not work but staff said it should be fine now. However, I do not blame the staff, since they just work there and we’re all human. The room was mostly clean, my bed was comfortable and my stay was fine otherwise. I look forward to coming back when the hotel is fully renovated."
