We’re so glad to host you for your extended stay! To keep things smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few friendly reminders and important guidelines that apply to stays of 28 nights or more:
What’s Included A starter supply of kitchen and bath essentials is provided to help you settle in. Please note that these are not restocked during your stay.
All furnishings and appliances are provided as-is and are exactly what was in place at move-in. We kindly ask that you don’t move or rearrange them — returning items to their original spots incurs a $250 reset fee.
Safety First To keep everyone safe:
Please don’t use space heaters, BBQ grills, or store flammable liquids on the property.
Avoid placing things like grease, wipes, diapers, tampons or other foreign objects down the drains to prevent plumbing issues.
Please clean up all pet waste, bag it and put in trash receptacle outside.
Please keep pet leashed when outside on the property (the yard is not fully fenced in).
If any packages happen to be delivered to the property, it would be appreciated if guests could put them in the basement and message the host.
Shared Spaces & Respect This is a multi-unit property, so being neighborly is key!
Be courteous with noise and respect shared spaces. Everyone plays a part in keeping common areas clean and safe.
If any disagreements arise with neighbors, please try to work together in good faith.
Parties & Events Unauthorized parties or events aren’t allowed. If one happens without written approval from the host, a $1,000 fine will apply along with reimbursement for any damages or penalties incurred.
Check-Out Policy We totally get that time can get away from you, but please plan your check-out accordingly. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 fee per half hour past the scheduled time.
Prohibited Items & Actions Weapons and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Bringing them onto the property will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation of your reservation and possible involvement of local authorities.
Tampering with safety or security systems (like cameras, smoke detectors, etc.) is not allowed. Each occurrence may incur a $250 fine and could lead to early cancellation of your stay.
No Smoking For everyone’s comfort, no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is allowed inside the unit or in outdoor common spaces (including porches).
Utilities Utilities are included, but please be mindful of usage. If consumption is unusually high (15% or more over historical averages), we may reach out with documentation and a request for reimbursement.
Report Issues Promptly If you notice anything unusual — like leaks, mold, cracks, or other maintenance concerns — please let us know right away so we can take care of it quickly.
Trash & Cleanliness Trash day is Tuesday, please have your bins out by Monday evening and brought in by Tuesday evening.
Kindly dispose of all trash and waste in the bins provided and keep both the unit and common areas tidy. Let’s keep this place clean and comfortable for everyone!
Guests: Guest may have guests for not over seven (7) consecutive days (unless otherwise approved by Host in writing) provided that the amount of guests at no time causes the total number of occupants to exceed 4 guests total. Guests must abide by all rules and guidelines in this listing and applicable law. Guest’s guests shall not be permitted to use any off-street parking spots provided. Persons staying more than 7 consecutive days will be considered unauthorized occupants which may result in early cancellation and additional fees.
Other things to note: Please Note: For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $1,000 security deposit fee is required. This will be clearly outlined before you confirm your booking.
✓ A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
✓ Utilities are included (please note there is no cable service, but the Smart TV provides access to streaming apps).
✓ At move-out, $250 of the deposit will be applied toward cleaning fee.
✓ Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with Host approval, and a $250 non-refundable pet fee applies.
✓There may be guests occupying the other floor.
✓ Driveway snow removal is handled by host; guests are responsible for snow removal from outdoor porch, stairs and walkways from their unit.
