✹ This home is located in a quiet residential area and is NOT suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Guests who violate house rules or allow unauthorized visitors may be removed from the property without refund.



✹ Contactless self check-in is available through the keypad on the front door. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



✹ This home was thoughtfully designed for out-of-town guests, and we enjoy hosting travelers with positive short-term rental experience and reviews.



✹ While we appreciate your interest, we do not accommodate local guests seeking an alternate venue for parties, gatherings, or events. We reserve the right to decline such reservations.



✹ Please let us know ahead of time about any allergies or sensitivities so we can best prepare for your stay.



✹ Daily housekeeping is not included. The loft is professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee on longer stays.



✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the large receptacles located at the front side of the building.

✹ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



✹ Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted to help preserve the layout and condition of the home.



✹ Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.



✹ Only guests included in the reservation are permitted inside the property unless approved in advance.



✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 7 AM, especially outdoors.



✹ Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges including:



✔ Pet Cleanup: $500–$1,000 minimum depending on severity

✔ Party Cleanup: $750 minimum

✔ Smoking Remediation: $700

✔ Damaged Towels: $20 each

✹ Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property monitoring. A noise monitoring device is also located inside the property.



✹ Guests are required to complete a check-in form, upload a valid government-issued ID, and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

✹ Minimum age requirement: 25 years old



✹ By booking, guests consent to identity verification and third-party screening procedures, which may include criminal database checks.



✹ A $500 damage waiver fee is required for all stays exceeding 30 days.
