★ RENTER’S AGREEMENT★ The Guest is required to sign the Renter's Agreement.

★ DRIVER'S LICENSE/IDS ★: This property requires copies of Driver's Licenses (IDs) for all members of the rental party aged 18 and older who will be occupying the property. Guests will receive a link to the secure portal to upload their IDs and complete the reservation requirements.

★ GUEST PRE-CHECK-IN ★ Guest will receive a “Guest Pre-Check-in" message via the booking platform or an email to add booking details, IDs, and signed the rental agreement to finalize the booking. It is important to complete this before your stay starts to prevent delays in accessing the property.

★SECURITY DEPOSIT★ A Security deposit of $300 is required. The host will process the deposit on the Guest's credit card. The Security Deposit will be a temporary hold against the Guest's credit card, which will be processed three days before check-in and released within seven days after check-out. (Please note the security deposit is not applicable Airbnb bookings due to Aircover coverage).

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ LOCATION/USE CAUTION★
***The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-unit residential building. It is uniquely designed, with half above ground and half below ground.

***This apartment is part of a multi-unit residential complex. It is located on the first floor with one unit above it. Due to its location, you may hear noises from within the building or from neighbors.

***There is a small bump on the side of the building as you enter the apartment, highlighted with a yellow caution sign. Be cautious; it can be a tripping hazard. The building is over 100 years old. The apartments were renovated in 2021.

*** When you enter the apartment, the door will not swing fully open due to the way it is designed. You must step down into the apartment. Again, please be cautious.

★THERMOSTAT★ There is no Central Air/Heat or thermostat control feature. The apartment receives heat via heat via radiators and AC via window AC units.

★ RENTER’S AGREEMENT ★ The Guest is required to sign the Renter's Agreement.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★ The maximum occupancy of the property is ___5__ persons, excluding up to four non-overnight visitors. No overnight guests other than those listed in the booking are permitted. If it is found there are overnight guests more than those listed in the original booking, it will result in an additional fee of $30 per extra person per night.

★ DO NOT DISCONNECT DEVICES ★. Do disconnect the doorbell camera, the noise monitoring, or the internet devices. If you are having issues with he internet, reach out to use immediately. Any disconnection of these devices without reaching out to us, will result in immediate cancelation of your reservation without refund.

This apartment was very comfortable for our 3-person family. It isn’t one of those sparse, minimalist rentals: it’s well stocked in every room, with lots of thoughtful details. Great water pressure in the shower. Easy to get in and out with a door code and off-street parking. Host was responsive and professional. It’s on the ground floor but we felt very safe and it’s a quiet, residential neighborhood, easy walk to the restaurants and shops.
