The owners set the bar for a great experience. If there was a definition of what going above and beyond represented. They would definitely be that definition, I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and courtesy. The only bad thing I would have to say, is I'm upset that I couldn't extend my stay a little longer. There may be a lot of places to choose from as far as locations and places to stay. However I'd be willing to say that you won't find a better experience than what these people make sure you have. Happy Thanksgiving to you guys and I look forward to next opportunity I have to come and stay at this beautiful place y'all have.

Alan was super accommodating and understanding, which I really appreciated! Such a clean, cozy and adorable guest house! They had a beautiful yard as well. I had everything I needed staying here and the check in/check out process was very easy. I travel to this area for work frequently throughout the year, will definitely stay again!

A great place to stay that has everything you could need close to Lee University and everything Cleveland Tennessee has to offer. Very safe neighborhood tucked in close to many big stores and restaurants which was very convenient. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again

Wow!

What a great place to stay. Came to Cleveland to move my parents into assisted living and this was the perfect place to stay. Alan is a wonderful host and couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

We'll Be Back

Alan's guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. Our cat runs and hides at the slightest noise, but he was not bothered at all in this house. We had family over and it was very easy to cook full meals and sit and eat together. The bed is so comfortable! Alan is a great host. He responds quickly and explains everything clearly prior to arrival. We appreciated the generous supply of coffee, snacks and drinks. When we had a minor issue with the power, Alan came over immediately. (Turned out to be user error - we accidentally flipped the switch on the surge protector).
