  • Remodeled in November 2024! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 2BR/1.5 BA home in Avon Lake Cottage District. Very Spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms upstairs.

    Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Complete remodel of existing home that has a fenced in back yard if you choose to bring your pet. All new hardwood flooring restoration and paint. All new furniture and beds!

    Whole house rental includes Wifi and Two Roku TVs . Washer & Dryer, Fully Functional Kitchen, Coffee, Tea & Soda provided as well as many complimentary household items such as soap, shampoo, conditioners, many convenient household products for short or long stays!

    Downstairs is very roomy. 2 Bedroom located on 2nd Floor. Master Bathroom has a queen bed, sitting area and a TV. 2nd Bedroom has a double size bed. Inflatable double mattress available if needed.

    Guests do not have access to garage.

    Dogs allowed but $100 pet fee is strictly enforced, please declare any pets when booking.

We loved our time at the Beach Cottage. The yard was perfect for our dogs, bed was super comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and very safe.

Great home!!! Clean, fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood! Enjoyed the Kitchen (coffee!) and relaxing in the open livingroom space Great location for enjoying the local outdoors. Nice trails for walking and biking, close to beach and able to walk to local pubs and restaurants.

All the positive comments about the house that I read prior to my visit were spot on - Very clean, great location, older home nicely updated, easy check in, responsive host, etc. I will try to book this place again next time I am in Cleveland!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It gave you the best of both worlds: close to lots of activities but also off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. Check in was super easy and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We were coming into town for a funeral with 2 large dogs, and our #1 priority was ease of travel. The property was exactly as expected, and even a little better. Check in and check out were efficient & easy, the house was clean and very welcoming, and not only was the back yard comfortable for the dogs, but the neighborhood was a lovely place to walk them.Thank you for making a difficult time such a positive experience.

My daughter and her family stayed here while on vacation from South Carolina. The house was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Thank you for making their trip enjoyable.

Charming home in Avon Lake

Charming home in Avon Lake, loved the decor, it was perfect for our weekend stay. We traveled with our dogs so the fenced in yard was bonus for them, they don't have that at home. Avon Lake is a real nice area.

Very enjoyable! Great communication with property owner who was very welcoming and helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood close to lake, shopping, restaurants, and beautiful lakeside parks. Hope to stay here again.
