Renovated charming home close to Lee University!

This home is centrally located in Cleveland and a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping! 30 ish minutes to Chattanooga or the Ocoee River for white water rafting and lakes! There are a few steps up to the front porch and into the home. The first floor has an open floor plan with large living room, dining, and kitchen with all new appliances. Down the hall is a hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo, queen bedroom, a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, and another room with 2 twin beds. Down the stairs is a full finished basement with another room with queen bedroom, large living space with windows, kitchenette, and bathroom. Off the first floor is a large screened in patio and larger deck in the back. This is a family friendly neighborhood close to many activities!

We've stayed at this property before. The large open gathering spaces upstairs and down are a favorite with the kids. The location is good for us as it happens to be a couple of blocks from family in Cleveland.

It was a great house, very spacious and conveniently located. The only thing I can say is the lighting in the master bath was bad and there was no AC vent in the basement bedroom. Would definitely stay there again.

The best location to every store/ restaurants. The home was great for 6 adults. We had a wonderful time there. The house was spectacular. The outdoor sitting area was so nice — if you love bird watching this home is where you want to stay. Great accommodations

Great place

We loved the house, it was perfect for our family, as we stayed there for our annual General Assembly. The only complaint I have is there was no bathroom door on the master bath. It was clean and the host is very accommodating. We hope to make this our place to stay every year.

Amazing Home

This property was super clean, easy to get to, and the host was awesome to work with. He helped me through the booking process since it was my first time trying this rather then a hotel. We highly recommend this location & host!!

Unsafe

My mother took a horrible fall because of lack of hand railings on stairs. Middle stair especially steep. Also the front porch has no rails and drop off is about 4 feet. After sharing my mother’s fall with host, he could care less and did absolutely nothing. Being a short term rental myself, appalled with lack of sympathy or support. Do not recommend this place. Lots of ants too and rooms and bath are dingy.

Super friendly managment

Super great location with an awesome response on every question I had. Everything we needed was provided and had no trouble during our stay. There is no railing on the front porch, so i wouldnt recommend young children or handicapped. Otherwise, it was great!

Upscale Stay for the Family!

There were 8 ppl in my family that stayed here and we absolutely loved this house!! It was perfectly located in a quiet subdivision, but only 1 block from major exit in Cleveland with every restaurant and grocery store you could think of! We were here for our daughter’s wedding and this place was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable, very spacious and great communication from host when we had a question. Would definitely rent this place again!!

Just What We Needed

We were in town to visit a critically ill family member. This property was fantastic at offering us a spotless, quiet, roomy place to try to relax after visits to the hospital. It is simple but very tasteful in decor. The neighborhood was quiet and Door Dash had no trouble finding us. No one felt like cooking. It is equipped with everything one could want when staying away from home. The house is deceptively roomy. The lower level is like a separate apartment and also is very lovely. We have family in Cleveland TN and we hope to go back on a happier occasion and visit this property again.

Property was updated and clean. Nice decor and spacious house! Main bathroom shower did not work properly, master bath shower was small and dark, shower in downstairs was unusable as water sprayed out on floor. Downstairs area was very nice extra space but bedroom downstairs had no ventilation.
