Renovated charming home close to Lee University!

This home is centrally located in Cleveland and a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping! 30 ish minutes to Chattanooga or the Ocoee River for white water rafting and lakes! There are a few steps up to the front porch and into the home. The first floor has an open floor plan with large living room, dining, and kitchen with all new appliances. Down the hall is a hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo, queen bedroom, a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, and another room with 2 twin beds. Down the stairs is a full finished basement with another room with queen bedroom, large living space with windows, kitchenette, and bathroom. Off the first floor is a large screened in patio and larger deck in the back. This is a family friendly neighborhood close to many activities!

It was a great house, very spacious and conveniently located. The only thing I can say is the lighting in the master bath was bad and there was no AC vent in the basement bedroom. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place

We loved the house, it was perfect for our family, as we stayed there for our annual General Assembly. The only complaint I have is there was no bathroom door on the master bath. It was clean and the host is very accommodating. We hope to make this our place to stay every year.

Amazing Home

This property was super clean, easy to get to, and the host was awesome to work with. He helped me through the booking process since it was my first time trying this rather then a hotel. We highly recommend this location & host!!

We were in Cleveland for a wedding, and everything was great! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 child. The screened- in porch and large couches were great for hanging out. Thanks again!

Great Property

Matt’s home is beautiful and centrally located to just about all of Cleveland. My family and I traveled here for a wrestling tournament at Cleveland High and this place was perfect for that- about 2 minutes from the school. The home is beautiful and Matt was an excellent host. Would stay here again.

Super friendly managment

Super great location with an awesome response on every question I had. Everything we needed was provided and had no trouble during our stay. There is no railing on the front porch, so i wouldnt recommend young children or handicapped. Otherwise, it was great!

What a fantastic home! We were in Cleveland for my son’s wedding and this house was perfect! It was spotless, spacious and comfortable! It was close to anything and everything we needed, but there were plenty of little extras that made our stay really nice. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property! Competition Week

Had a great stay in Matt’s place! It has all the comforts of home- decorated beautifully and the closed in back porch makes a great spot for coffee and conversation. Plenty of space and nice kitchen as well as big screen TVs for movie nights! Close to restaurants and retail areas and super close to Lee University where we spent alot of time on this trip! Highly recommend!

excellent property!

We had a very enjoyable two night stay in this newly renovated property. It is perfect for 8-10 person family gathering including children. The only drawback is the property is not wheelchair accessible.. but I would definitely stay on this property again.

Clean, newly remodeled home in a convenient location!

My family stayed in this home while attending a wedding. We loved the open concept, which also provided plenty of room for us to gather as a group. The home has been completely renovated, so everything is new and clean. All of the furnishings are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is close to shopping and the freeway. Overall, a great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

The house really has a great at home feeling. We traveled to the town for my oldest daughter birthday. And we would spend our days in Chattanooga and our night at the house. Plenty of room for the kids to play and be kids and not be underneath each other. Very beautiful set up as well!

Wedding Weekend with Family

We enjoyed our stay in Cleveland. We were in town for our nieces wedding at Howe Farms Highland Chapel and wanted our family to stay together. My youngest son and his little family stayed downstairs and my in-laws, oldest son and my husband and I stayed upstairs. We had plenty of room to relax and visit with family in staying nearby. Short 30 minute drive to the aquarium and 20 minutes to the wedding venue.

Great house, convenient location

I had a wonderful stay here with my teenage daughter and her three friends. There was plenty of space to spread out, the kids loved being able to have their own super comfortable space in the basement while the parents chatted upstairs. The house was very comfortable and clean with great decor but plenty of space for our things. Communication was quick and easy. There were many places to eat and shop within 5 minutes of the house. Over all a really wonderful stay!
