Swiss 49 - Lake Denise

Summary:
Swiss 49 is a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath fresh and modern private pool home that was fully renovated in 2024. The home features a split floor plan with a large private master suite on one side and the other two guest bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of the home. The back of the home faces West making for beautiful sunset viewing! The living is large with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. There is no carpet in the home- only tiled floors, luxury vinyl plank flooring and washable rugs. The laundry is located inside with a full size washer and dryer. Outdoor enjoyment is a breeze with a large screened in patio featuring a dining table for 6 and a conversational seating space looking out over the massive fully fenced private yard and pool area. OPTIONAL***A grill is available as well as pool heating for an additional fee. All furniture and furnishings including bedding and kitchenware are new in 2024, including leather living room furniture. TV's are located in the living room and all bedrooms. The soaring ceilings and large windows throughout the home allow for an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is appointed with a large storage pantry, quartz countertops and bar seating. The home also features an office space, large dining area with seating for 6, a pass-thru gate from the long driveway into the backyard, and sliding glass doors with access to the screened patio from the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom #1. A prime location lends itself to easy access to all that Clermont and Central Florida have to offer. Clermont's charming downtown dining, shopping and weekend Farmer's Market is a quick 10 minute drive away. Clermont is the ideal destination for athletes and it home to the National Training Center. South Lake County has received designations as a Runner Friendly Community by the Road Runners Club of America and as a Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Downtown Clermont's Waterfront Park provides regular festivals, a splash park, athletic events and a 30 mile fitness trail friendly to walkers, runners and cyclists alike. Water Skiers and golfers are within a stone's throw from the world class Swiss Waterski School and 9 hole golf course. Countless other golf opportunities are located nearby, as well as the Clermont chain of Lakes to satisfy fisherman and all water enthusiasts! POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS

Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.

PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.

• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.

• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.

• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Short and sweet

We only needed a place to stay for the long weekend while my husband was in town on business. This was a perfect location for him to be able to attend his appointments while giving me the freedom to easily commute to local attractions. The house was immaculately decorated, in a very quiet and private neighborhood and offered all the amenities of home. .

Perfect place for a reset....

Following hurricane Milton we found ourselves in need of a place to stay due to flooding. As local residents the location was ideal and private enough to enjoy the getaway. We had two dogs that we needed to find accommodations for as well and with the fully fenced backyard it was perfect. The pool was an added benefit. Split bedrooms, no carpet, and an open floorplan gave us the time we needed to regroup. Management was on top of our questions and requests. Would highly recommend.
