"Lovely spacious home and perfect for us and the dog. The kids loved having a telly in their bedroom and we appreciated the fresh laundry, tea bags and coffee. Will definitely book again when we're over visiting family. "

"Nice clean apartment ..Lovely quiet place.Host friendly and helpful.The accommodation is set in an area where there are nice walks.Plenty of fish in the lake.Close to visiting areas such as Lincoln Mablethorpe and Doddington Hall."

"The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

"Had such high hopes for this place, based on the images and location, but was so disappointed when we arrived. Genuinely considered leaving and paying to go elsewhere.
Host was really great with communication and checking in, but wished we knew before booking that you actually stay at the scratty end of their property, with all the chicken coops and sheep. Property was much more outdated than on the pics and cupboards were dirty. On the plus side, the beds were comfy.
I've never been more...

"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."
