"This was the neatest place I've stayed at. The building is gorgeous and they've kept the historic aspects of it very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Staff was all very friendly. There's a nice pub with live music right next door. Lots to do and see in this town. I was very pleased we picked this spot as a halfway point to our destination"

"Overall great experience - with that said their computer system wasnt working right. I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. Nice hotel, good local, and friendly staff."

"We would stay here again out of necessity, but it is definitely on my list of last resorts. The room was clean; however the building shows signs of disrepair. There's limescale build up on the showerheads, stains in the carpet, loose tiles outside the 3rd floor elevator, and the pool's maintenance was questionable. Breakfast left much to be desired with.
