This home is the perfect vacation destination for you and the whole crew! This luxurious retreat features high-end furnishings, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a garage game room, private hot tub, firepit and sleeping for 18 people! Staying in this home also gives you access to all of the Suncadia Resort amenities including the pool and waterslides at the Swim and Fitness Center, complimentary resort shuttle service, beautiful walking trails, and the ability to book tee times up to a year in advance!As you enter this home you will find a large great room with soaring vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace. Perfect place!

We had three families stay at this amazing house over a holiday weekend, and it was perfect! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and well-stocked. It suited all of our needs, from little kids to adults, and gave us the perfect space to relax and enjoy time together. Highly recommend!

Not quite what was advertised

We were told our house was all ready for check in. It was 50 degrees inside and it took several hours to warm up. Hot tub didn't work and they tried to fix it but had to order a part. Who knows when it worked last or when the chemicals were last checked. Fire pit and patio covered in frozen snow - not recent snow. We had to shovel. Light bulbs burned out. Problem with the throwing a breaker and GFR receptacles in kitchen trying to make coffee. I feel like if the house was "ready" all this should have been checked and taken care of. We were given a $300. dollar resort credit but for the cost of the house I don't feel like that was enough considering that it wasn't as advertised

Works for a group!

Our Youth Group was looking for a place for a prayer retreat, and this home worked perfectly. With 17 people, there was the perfect amount of space, although there were furnishings for a handful more, and we could have squeezed some others in sleeping bags on the floors if need be. The host was willing to accommodate for a small extra fee if we went over capacity, but it wasn't necessary. The Suncadia Lodge was also very helpful and hosts a handful of extra activities.

Birthday Get Away

I rented this house for my daughter’s 18th birthday weekend. It was the perfect home for her and her friends and the few moms that came as well. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. My only suggestion would have been to have hot tub towels available.

Amazing!

This house is an incredible spot for a multi family group. Everyone had their privacy and the rooms are all very quiet and comfortable. This house is super impressive! It’s also a bonus to have access to all of the resort amenities. Two things that I did have an issue with- 1. There was no fire pit as advertised. That was very disappointing as we love sitting around the fire in the winter. 2. When I got to the house, the dishwasher was full of dishes, some of which weren’t clean. I didn’t like having to wash other peoples dishes. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Lots of space.

We had a wonderful time here. The house is wonderfully appointed and has lots of space! There is a lot of privacy with the bedrooms being spread out. We didn't get to use the hot tub it was dirty and had to be dumped while we were there. We loved being able to go over to the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub for 2 hour sessions with the grandkids. A lot of the VRBO homes did not have this option. I would have booked for next year but it was already booked so book early!

Cozy and spacious Suncadia home

I just returned from a girls' Suncadia weekend getaway. We were a group of 7 moms and this beautiful house accommodated us perfectly. There was so much space and more than enough bathrooms that we never felt crowded. The light-filled great room with its large fireplace was the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while watching the cold rain outside. The kitchen was spotless and spacious but did lack adequate paper towels, napkins, and dish towels for our group, and I would also suggest bringing additional wine glasses if you are a large party, and specialized cooking utensils if you need. Beds were incredibly comfortable and bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The photos of the home truly do not do it justice, and we were all impressed by how clean and well-decorated the house was. We will definitely be back!
