Spectacular, custom Suncadia home overlooking the 15th hole of the Rope Rider Golf Course. Step through the front door and you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that flows out to a large outdoor living area with spectacular views of the golf course. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, garage game room, and a spacious entertaining patio. If you are looking for a retreat within a short 300 yard walk to Swiftwater Winery this is the home for you!

The chef’s kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 6 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a fabulous 7' x 14' swim spa, gas fire pit, plenty of seating, an over-sized dining table, and a gas BBQ!

* The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV w/Dish and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.

Awesome location and accommodations. We were unable to use the Swim spa as advertised. Owners did forewarn about an issue but was a bummer it was not functional because it was heavily advertised and our group was expected to be able to utilize it. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned from previous guests but everything else was as advertised.

We had a large golf weekend and I could not think of a better house and location for such an event. Great outdoor space for BBQ and watching golfers on Rope Rider while enough space in the house allowed people to be comfortable at night.

We really enjoyed our stay! We wish the kitchen would have had a few more things but we made it work! We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub! Our kiddos enjoyed the nearby park and sleeping altogether in the bonus room!

We went with 3 other families - adults and teenagers, and had a wonderful time. The place was spacious for all 14 of us, and the kids got off their devices and spent hours in the game room playing ping pong and pool. The hot tubs were a great bonus after a day in the snow. Beds were super comfortable and place very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that 3 bedrooms share one bathroom. Two of the rooms have bathrooms attached to the rooms and the other 3 rooms all share one bathroom. We offered up our bathroom for showers to alleviate the usage of the shared bathroom. Other than that, it was a great house with plenty of space for a large group. I'd highly recommend it!

The flow of this property is amazing it was clean you cant hear any noise on this place the temp os always perfect its cozy and large even for a big group we could spread out the amenities were great we would definitely stay here again and again the property management company is amazing to deal with and so easy and made our stay so great!! The house is worth every dime!!

We had a great time in this spot for our annual work retreat. We were able to spread out and have space while also easily connecting in the common areas. With restaurants and the Spa close by, we had a great time taking breaks without going too far. The house is well equipped and we had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and lunch - even a crockpot! We had a great time. The swim Spa is AMAZING! We'll definitely consider this home for trainings in the future.

A group of friends and I loved staying at this property. Right on the golf course with a pool and hot tub, plenty of space to spread out and the beds were comfortable.

We had a group of friend and family over, plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy themselves. We really liked the fact it was nice and bright, I noticed many of the homes in Suncadia are back in the woods and I imagine it gets kind of dark but not this one. Would definitely recommend!
