Just out the backdoor is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks.

* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV and private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 4 cars in the garage and driveway. Additional vehicles will need to park at the Inn at Suncadia just around the corner as there is no street parking. **
