    Relax at this newly constructed, luxurious Suncadia home! This 5 bedroom + bonus room / 5 bath home features a wet sauna room, private hot tub, gas fire pit and heated garage game room! Enjoy the private, green belt views from the fantastic, heated outdoor living space. Just a short walk from the park and pump track at Nelson Farm! (Please no pets, thank you!)

Extremely friendly host, easy to communicate with and accommodating to our requests throughout our stay! Was very gracious in helping us retrieve a left behind item after our stay! House was incredible as well, can’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a family gathering. The home is as beautiful and lovely as pictured. The sleeping arrangements worked perfectly, the kids (and adults) loved the game room, and the kitchen & indoor/outdoor dining setup was perfection for our large group. We would stay again!

We loved the house, it has a great layout for multi-generational families! The location close to the bike track and playground was a huge win with the kids. The adults appreciated lots of fun design details incorporated in the home like the stone wall by the stairs, the windows in the living room high enough to see the tops of the trees, the shade in the backyard in the late afternoon, and thoughtful details like heaters on the back patio. The check-in and check out processes were very easy and not overwhelming. We had a great stay and would definitely choose here again when we come back to Suncadia!

Everything about this place was perfect ! We had a large family gathering of 19 people and this plqce accomodated all of them easily ! All my family memers loved the place. The younger ones loved the game room. The hot tub was a hit with the grown ups and everyone loved chatting by the fire pit at night !! A true gem of a find !

Great home for large gatherings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several houses in Suncadia and each time they just get better! This home was super spacious, had enough room for our whole crew, and was really clean. The sauna was an added bonus along with the heated garage filled with fun activities. The backyard was awesome. The kids loved exploring in the woods and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a great time!

What a truly lovely home the Grand Mountain Estate was!! It was SO stylish and exquisitely furnished. We had a few issues with the hot tub, fire pit, cleaning of the bbq, drainage issues in the upstairs shower, and cleanliness of the dishes, but these were all addressed and hopefully resolved for the next guests. Keep in mind that one of the main floor bedrooms needs to share their bathroom with others.Also on the listing it said that “Garage parking available” but may want to take that off. Fortunately there was ample parking in the driveway for our 6 cars.The extra large dining table and large kitchen island with plenty of seating was a real plus!! Beautiful and clean sauna was a treat!! Having 2 sets of washers/dryers made it easy to clean all the towels properly before we left. Game room was terrific for the kids and the backyard setting was very private, beautiful and calming.Overall The Grand Mountain Estate was a gem of a place!!!

We very much appreciated the big dining tables, both inside and out. The house was meticulously clean and well stocked. We loved that it was walking distance to the playground and Nelson Farm.
