"Big Bear Cabin" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Townhome complex. This is a luxurious home that boasts four master suites and is just a short walk to the Glade Spring Spa, dinner at the Lodge, or the Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully furnished home features a full kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table expands to seat 8 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

* 1st upper floor bedroom features a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

We just completed a delightful 3-night stay at Big Bear Cabin. The home was clean, comfortable, well-supplied, and very convenient. Our family group includes doggies and the dogs seemed really comfortable and made good use of the fenced backyard. Our next trip to Suncadia will likely include booking Big Bear Cabin again!

Is as described in narrative and pictures. Home is well equipped and everything is newer. Great location and communications from property manager. Would be nice if they would add blinds to lower level windows to add privacy from street and parking lot across it.

Perfect house

This house is perfect for golf weekend. Each person can have their own bedroom and bathroom, plus the home has a big kitchen. It's located roughly a 3 minute walk to the Prospector driving range.

This was a fabulous property. Very clean, great location. We came for a horse show and were always super excited to come home to this house. The kitchen was fully stocked, and beautiful!

Great house and location

We loved our stay at Big Bear. The house had ample room and furnishings, and is in a great location in Suncadia (next door to the Prospector Golf Course and across the street from the Lodge). Ownership was helpful and easy to deal with. We definitely want to go back.

Wonderful Stay

The property was very good and clean. We had an amazing and comfortable stay. Amenities like ping pong table, bicycles were good. Only downside is we didn't have access to the main swimming pool. While this is not a deal breaker, it would be good to add this in the property listing description.
