The Space:
Larkspur Lookout is designed for gatherings with family and friends, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. The great room features a fireplace, cathedral windows, and plenty of seating, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ready for group meals or midnight snacks. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub, firepit, and covered and heated terrace— ideal for unwinding and savoring your time together.

IS THE AREA SAFE? ▹▹▹ Absolutely! Suncadia Retreat is located in a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS? ▹▹▹ Yes! The retreat offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in the media room.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the two-car garage with an EV charger. You’ll receive a unique access code prior to your arrival for seamless self-check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Larkspur Lookout is located within the peaceful and expansive Suncadia Resort. This area is known for its incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Two golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks with playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, pickle ball, basketball and tennis courts, and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum.

The home includes parking for four cars - one in garage and three in the driveway.

Please note: no street parking is permitted.

This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

* Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, and more.
* Ice Skating, snow tubing, Nordic Skiing weather permitting
* Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn

Restrictions include:
* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
