"Everything was better than expected and went smooth as silk. The room layout was quirky in the best of ways! Not a simple rectangle box - more like a suite - bedroom, bathroom, a teeny entry foyer, a couple of steps separating all three. In the heart of Inverness Center (Centre, if you prefer). Everything a tourist could want is within a short walk. "Lovely building in a quiet area but easily walkable to the town centre. There’s a car park right at the hotel. Check in was in the bar area, which was fine, there’s no lift but there’s only a couple of floors anyway. No breakfast but we were already aware and happy to eat elsewhere. Room and en-suite were nice, room had a fridge which was great! We had plenty of towels. Only drawbacks were, bed was a bit creaky, and the bathroom could have done with a little shelf or worktop to set toiletries ...

"The welcome at the property was extremely friendly and the evening staff were amazing. The room was clean and well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was reasonable, although the choice was somewhat limited. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Inverness!"
