Summary:
This is a small older house that is a perfect place to rest. There is a full kitchen with an eat-in table. This is a fully furnished home with washer and dryer. The beds are all memory foam. We do allow pets but there is an additional $125 pet cleaning fee.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.c@m will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 4 but we allow up to a maximum of 5 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 5th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.
