"The building is in a great location in Roma Norte and had 24 hour security. It felt self, was clean, and the apartment was as pictured. Although the host responded timely to all inquiries, the check-in process was not easy. We were told we would receive information to access the apartment a few hours before check-in. We arrived at the building late in the evening and showed our IDs to security as instructed, but we still had not received information about the apartment number or access code...

"Location was great…building and amenities, great! A few issues with Kakun. 1. They won’t use VRBO to communicate with you so don’t even try 2. The furniture really needed cleaned. It was gross. Afraid to sit on it. 3. They don’t provide any kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels which isn’t earth friendly 4. Kakun rep was an hour late showing up for check in. "Perfect space for a group of 3 adults and 5 kids with various spaces spread out over three levels. The location and area can’t be beat. As others have mentioned previously, the bathrooms have no doors and showers and toilet doors are glass so privacy has to be navigated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and being steps away from a green and leafy walkable neighborhood. "
