"The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. "Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!!
