"El hotel estaba muy limpio, personal muy amable, las opciones del desayuno eran buenas"

"We were very satisfied with our stay. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe and comfortable at all times. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. Mohammed, who took care of us, told us we could call him anytime or easily reach him via WhatsApp, which made everything much easier. The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The kitchen had almost everything you might need. There was a kettle to heat water for tea and coffee, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and stove....

"The hotel mentioned in Expedia is not the same hotel where the reservation was done. From Hotel Pyramids, the front desk said that the reservation was in another Pyramids not this. Two hotels faced similar name but the location is so far one from another. "

"Room had damp, room key had to be replaced several times…no bar although advertised…breakfast buffet worst I’ve ever had…and hotel did little to calm the noise from people being at 1.30am -3.00am so sleep was awful…would warn anyone not to stay here"

"Muy apartada del centro"

"The place was clean and the managers were prompt in responding. Getting in and out was a breeze. The place is safe."

"I didn't like it.. I was trying to cancel 1 day of 2 .. he said I had to do it via Expedia.. and I couldn't access to cancel or edis .. for the 1st time in my life to"
