"I came in at 1am in the morning and the shuttle wasn't working so they sent a Lyft driver to the train station for me. They also gave me a late check out to better accommodate my travel schedule. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very nice, and I would highly recommend to anyone in the salt lake city area. "They charged us on top of the staying at the hotel for PARKING!!!! 30$ extra dollars for parking on the property that we paid to stay at!!!! We will NEVER stay at one of the locations again. I will stay at a motel 6 before staying at another Hilton inn. Beyond frustrating. I will sleep under the stars before i stay there again."

"The extra charges for parking for the quality of the stay is ridiculous. There is almost a extra $100.00 you have to pay to stay there."

"No carpet in the room is always a plus for me! We stayed in a king room and were pleasantly surprised by the flooring instead of carpet. The room seemed to have some renovations and it was clean. I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a combo shower/bath but the stay was still enjoyable and we would stay there again."

"We loved that it is so close to Temple Square, literally 1/2 block north. We also loved that we could leave our vehicle parked there for the day of our check out while we walked around Temple Square."
