"There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. "For the price and location, this was a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and quieter than expected given the noisy streets of Hyderabad. Would stay again next time I'm in the city and need a budget accomodation."

"This is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, I’d come back! "

"The bathroom had a broken faucet and the toilet seat was damaged, no hot water. Room service was very slow. They had cookies for breakfast! On asking they did give us omelet!"

Despite repeated requests, basic amenities such as water, cutlery, and other fundamental essentials were missing Such negligence shows a clear lack of responsibile and proper service standards.
