“I Tre Laghi” countryhouse sleeps 14 persons and offers possibility o reserving adjacent cottage (HAUK 8762975) total of 24 persons. Situated opposite three lakes offering a magnificent view of the countryside and Majella mountain. The property consists of the main house and sleeps 14 persons and with adjacent cottage permits further sleeping space for 10 persons. For information and availability on cottage see advertisement I Tre Laghi - Sant Andrea. Reference Number 8762975. Cots are also availabe upon request. The main house is subdivided in two apartments which is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes vines,olive trees and various fruit trees. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Ground Floor Apartment : Sant'Agnese – Hosts six persons. Access from porch. Living and dining/kitchen area have vaulted ceilings. Living area equipped with television, reading material. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Separate from the house there is a barbecue area, fully equipped with large fireplace and weber. First Floor Apartment : Sant'Angelo – Hosts eight persons with sofa bed and additional bed. This apartment is very luminous. External staircase. Own private entrance leads direct into spacious living room with fireplace, archway to diner / kitchen, all with direct access onto large terrace. The living area is equipped with television. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and seven chairs, a cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. a comfortable size awning 6 x 4 for plenty of shade. Parking facilities within premises. Heating paid upon consumption. Cautionary deposit to be paid on the day of arrival and shall be reimbursed on day of departure if no damage.For the period 30 December - 3 January Euro 400 as cautionary deposit of to be paid in cash upon arrival which shall be reimbursed if no damage. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -. Bologna motorway. It is 1.9 km from the historical centre of Città Sant’Angelo. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets and on bus route to Pescara station. Ten minutes to Montesilvano and fifteen to Silvi Marina beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. Upon request Piero and Letizia can organize visits of a true traditional Abruzzo. Tastings of oil, wine and beer. A visit to a pasta factory on how the various pastas are produced. An extraordinary outing to a family run cheese laboratory where you personally join in the family in making the cheese concluded with degustation of various cheeses. An outing with the family and their dogs in truffle hunting which is concluded at their restaurant with tasting of various truffle dishes. We apologise for a slight increase in price this year due to increase of taxes on reservations, cleaning fees and commission.

Wonderful home and hosts!

We had a party for my 60th BDay with friends joining us from Canada, France and Iceland. The villa was great and our hosts were amazing. Thank you for making our celebration a success.

Amazing Villa

We would highly recommend this villa. We were a large family group of 23 and the villa and cottage had everything we could have wanted. The grounds and pool are well maintained and the view from the villa is stunning. Citta’ Sant’Angelo is a delightful hilltop town only a short distance away by car but some of our party did walk to the town. Piero and Letizia were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Five star property and hosts

We have had a truly memorable holiday. It was to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and Letizia and Piero really did us proud. The property is superb, the views stunning. When we arrived there were flowers, wine and cake for us. We cannot thank Letizia and Piero enough for their kindness and help. A truly brilliant holiday.

Beautifully located, well-maintened and equipped.

Since the beginning of reservation there was absolutely no problem with communication with the house owners. Pierro and Letizia are an amazing couple perfectly speaking English. Every asked question was clear answered with full of important details and additional information about the house, equipment and directions how to find the house. After our coming to the house we were all surprised how we were welcomed. House was impressive - enough big for our 11 group of people, well maintained and equipped. There is fantastic terrace covered, protecting from sun - it was important because it was exceptionally hot during our staying (above 35 degrees). We were given a book with tips where to eat and spend time. We have spent wonderful time in house hosted by very hospitable Piero and Letizia. Thank You! We would definitely recommend this house for everyone who is looking for high standard well equipped house outside the town, in the Italian country, far from city noise maintained by professionals just to have a really good time. However as I said we were there between 7th and 14th August and there was exceptionally hot - remember there is no air condition in the house so be prepared :) Our group promised to visit the house one more time as soon as host will provide a swimming pool by the house ;)
