Also on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the same garden and loggia area, and a shower room with bidet and WC completes this level.

On the upper floor, the property offers 3 double bedrooms. The first double bedroom enjoys direct access to the garden, while the second is a comfortable double room. The third double bedroom is configured with 2 separate beds and also benefits from garden access.
