In 2024 it was converted into Wise Owl Retreat Dunnellon. A short-term rental, which is located on the lower level of the home. The owners reside on the upper level. The suite has 1 bedroom with King sleep number bed, 1 full bath, full kitchen and a living room with a sleeper sofa. Laundry and trash access through the shared hallway. Security Cameras installed on the outside of the property. No swimming at the property (due to gators in area). Located centrally from Crystal River, Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Inverness and Ocala. About 40 minutes to the World Equestrian Center, Gulf of Mexico and downtown Ocala. 1 Hour from Gainesville and 1.5 Hours from Orlando and Tampa. Minimum 2-night stay. No back-to-back bookings.
