"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. This happened Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Possibly this was a one time problem and was handled. Tuesday and Wednesday we were able to have a great breakfast. The location is convenient to...

When I checked in the night staff was very disrespectful and when I reported this to the manager he had a bunch of excuses that the staff is there alone and has personal issues so he understands why they are like that. I have never heard this in my life. It's okay to be disrespectful to guests because what..... . His offer to appease me the next time i stay there was unwelcome. I won't ever be going back there. "The room had mold growing all on the ceiling and walls. The room smelled awful."

"The hotel is old, the outside of the hotel was not kept up and was not appealing and did not give me the impression the room would be clean or safe. I went into the room, it appeared somewhat clean but due to an old toilet (stained) sink (broken stopper) and chipped and stained furniture. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there. I checked out a few hours after I went to a funeral, and can only hope I get my money back from paying for the room at check in."

"Staff was great. The only issue we had was you are a cashless property but charge cash to wash and dry clothes. That would be ok however because you take only quarters and the manager os the only one who can give you change. This becomes a problem when a manager is not.on duty. Inhad to go to a c- store to get change. I suggest putting a changer in the laundry room or lobby"

"I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast."

"This hotel is very well priced for what you get. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is pretty good as well. I haven't been to the pool and only used the gym once. It's small, but clean and has water and towels. I like that it is not next to the highway, but it is a couple of minutes from it, and there are nearby stores and restaurants in case you need anything. Very comfortable, quiet place, and worth every penny."
