"Very nice newly renovated room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had lot of variety. The location is very close to the airport. It is very convenient if you must have a short stay before flying from Prague. I stayed there before and enjoyed the stay (It’s only 6km from the airport )"

"Airport is located out the front door. Staff is amazingly helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Restaurant has wonderful food selections and breakfast is out of this world!!"

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, however, the room was super hot with no way to cool it down..was over 30 degrees outside and felt like 40 in the room! The area of the hotel was super walkable, 3 minutes from a metro station and close to shops and restaurants. A lovely, affluent area of Prague!"

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. "Perfect location for myself who was visiting Prague for 3 nights as someone that wanted a peaceful stay but close to old town. Staff were really helpful, girls at the restaurant, breakfast time and dinner time , especially were very polite and helpful. There was building work in the atrium but as the reception kindly gave me a room higher up this did not bother me. The only criticism I have is there was two different egg stations making omelettes, neither was vegetarian. Ham was being put in...

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten die etwas höhere Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Neben den besseren Zimmern zum Hinterhof war Nachmittags auch ein Snack enthalten. Das war super. Kurze Wege zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr haben den Besuch deutlich vereinfacht. Negativ waren die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Die Parkplätze waren eng, nur wenige vorhanden und extrem teuer mit 35 Euro die Nacht."
