Surrounded by landscaped gardens, in 41 acres across 3 lakes, the Emerald Lake House is located in a quiet part of the development (with the closest South Facing terrace on Isis Lake). The children's adventure playground, indoor games room and tennis courts are a short walk away.
The property has gone through a transformation with 2 exquisite bathrooms and a state of the art kitchen, featuring marble tops throughout, with luxurious gold fittings.
In the morning you will be woken up by the sounds of ducks and when opening the master bedroom curtains you will be mesmerised by the morning sunrise across the lake. This southerly facing property deck is simply an idyllic place to be. All of the bedrooms are fitted with high quality beds and there is ample storage across the property to sleeps 6 + Toddler (travel cot onsite). On-site facilities are excellent and are available for guests to use. Guests are able to fish on Isis lake and also have use of the neighbouring sailing lake - 'Windrush' for both kayaking and paddle boarding adventures.
Opposite the development is the De Vere Cotswold Water park hotel with a restaurant and spa facilities, as well as the Gateway centre - an information centre with a cafe, take away pizza, bar and a Cotswold Camping store.
The Accommodation
The Emerald Lake house is entered via a covered porch way, in to a hallway where there is plenty of space for shoes and coat storage. There is a recently renovated luxury spacious shower room with WC.
- The Living area consists of two large sofas, a 32" flat screen TV with built in Free view, a dining table with seating for 6, a selection of board games and books as well as lots of information about the local area including maps and leaflets. Wi-Fi is included. There are patio doors which open out on to a south facing sun deck with stunning views of the lake.
- The state-or-the-art Kitchen is well equipped with a built in single oven/grill and four ring ceramic hob, a built in fridge/freezer, a built in dishwasher, washer/dryer, a microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
- The Decking - there is a BBQ and a table with seating for up to 6 people on the decking. In front of the decking there is a gravel area with a bench and then a grass area which leads down to the edge of the lake.
- Master bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed, a large built in wardrobe with lots of storage space and two bedside drawers. A hairdryer is also provided. This bedroom has stunning views across the lake.
- Twin Room - this room is fitted with two (4ft singles) There is a small bedside chest of drawers with lamp between the beds, a larger chest of drawers and is beautifully presented. The room has a velux window with black out blind.
- Double Bedroom (3) - this room features a standard adult double bed and guests love its comfort. There are two small bedside chest of drawers with lamps, a larger chest of drawers and a mirror along with some peg hanging space. The window overlooks the grassy area in front of the lake house and the window has black out curtains.
Family bathroom - refurbished to a high standard, bath with shower over, grey stone marble hand basin, storage and WC.
Towels and bed linen are provided in each bedroom.
All rooms have electric panel heating to make the property nice and warm in all seasons.
Parking: One allocated parking space directly opposite the entrance and plenty of visitors parking on site.
