"This is a beautiful new hotel with garage parking, a great breakfast, friendly staff, and locates in the beautiful city of Post Falls. The entire property was very clean and the layput of the rooms is amazing! There is a great lounge area with cool little patio if you like to sit outside. "

"This property was unkept. There was no elevator and the carpeted stairs had dog fur all over them. The room smelled like musty smoke and the mirrors and windows were dusty and dirty."

"WiFi internet disconnects every 2-3 hours and requires you to sign in again. Laundry across the street. I was here 2 weeks and housekeeping never showed up and marked “no service” when I requested it multiple times. Room was a no smoking room but stunk like a casino. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Sheets were dirty. Sink drained to a trash can. Floors were dirty and under the bed was filfthy"

"Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Room had kitchenette, adequate appliances and space. Basic silverware and cups offered at reception. No plates, bowls, cookware in room. Flooring and fixtures dated. "

"Found out when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and there were no rooms available. Person at the front desk said they called me but they never did. Person told me “this isn’t on me” referring to herself and did not offer any advice or assistance finding another hotel. "
