"The room was super clean (like brand new) and the bed was simple and comfortable. The one thing that surprised me is that there was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, everything was there for an overnight stay."

"The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say."

"Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."

"WiFi didn’t work, water pressure non existent, ceilings clearly thin as rails because it sounded like our upstairs people were doing marathons all night just walking to the bathroom, rude front desk that ignored us for 15 minute to do “shift change” and not a single number for the place seems to be connected. Phone was dead in the room too. Fine for a bed for the night but I had to go in person to ask for late checkout and was eye rolled while the woman at the counter was on a personal call on...

"Super disappointed with our stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament so very aware there were going to be lots of kids and noise however there is a major design flaw on the second floor and there is a large seating area directly outside the room we stayed in so kids were hanging out and being loud well past midnight. Tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. Additionally, toilet did not work correctly and the seat was broken causing it to slide all over as you sat....

"Loved the coffee machine...it grinds your beans fresh! Loved being able to do a load of laundry(they had change for me at the front desk) I also liked not having a clock (the lights always annoy me at night)."
