"The hotel is easy to find. My room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed - a great night's sleep. The shower was nice and hot and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff I met were welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommended."

When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). "Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."
