"It was okay far a quick overnight trip. "

"The room was clean but no USB plug available to change phone and etc. the pool was green film on the border. Also no bottle water available to buy in the lobby just sodas. Capers in all ways not vaccum "

" I stayed at the hotel and forgot my wife’s jacket in the closet. I called hours after leaving to arrange for someone to pick it up. They said it was not in the bedroom, which makes me think they kept it. I won’t stay there again due to the bad service and perceived lack of loyalty."

"Overall we really enjoyed this property. I was disappointed that even with calling days ahead and asking at check in as well, they would not allow us to have rooms near our other members of our party. I was also given a room in which I felt like I was rooming in the elevator. I had to listen to the dinging of the elevator the whole trip. Made it so I didn't sleep well at all! "

"So let’s start out with the fact someone went in our room and pillaged through our stuff and stole some jewelry. I went to front desk when I got back after being gone 10 hrs he said he would look into it and call me right away.. never go back to me went in the next morning was told they would look over the cameras and call me back.. never heard a thing.. not one attempt to respond nothing… no concern or anything on the owners behalf.. 2500 in stuff missing.. "

"German cockroaches everwhere, tv remote didn’t work or microwave . Broken shower curtain rod and needs new shower head.Over booked the rooms, I ordered single king and gave me double queen. Super friendly staff but definitely needs an exterminator for roach infestation "

"Room dirty, hallways dirty, elevator barely functioning, can hear the people clearly through the walls"

"It wasn’t a great experience overall. The room didn’t feel very clean when I arrived — the floors looked like they hadn’t been properly swept, and there was a noticeable odor. The bed linens also didn’t feel fresh. Staff interaction was minimal, and when I did reach out with a question, the response wasn’t very helpful. The amenities were basic, which I expected, but some things weren’t working properly. Overall, the stay felt uncomfortable and not well-maintained."

"The toilet didn’t flush. Had to change rooms. The breakfast was only bread, coffee, orange juice, honey bun. Nothing else. Had a hard time getting clean towels "
