"Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done."

"The room was awesome! Parking was horrible no one was helpful with extra parking ! If the lot was full should let people know instead of letting them all in and people wanting to fight because there’s no way to turn around! Having only one person on to help with valet is a huge mistake! Paying almost 40 for parking and the card never would work try to use call box Nono w there to help! 40 is a lot to pay for crappy parking! Was a huge disappointment"

"I stayed here for a recent work trip. With the FIFA World Cup game local, most hotels in the area were unreasonably high. I always stay at a Bon Voy property when available. The Towne Suites was within walking distance of the office I was visiting and located near convenient dining, outside of the main tourist area. Perfect for concentrating at work. The property is on the older side, but is kept up very well for its age and price point. Everything was clean"

"Very nice, well maintained property. The staff was kind and helpful. The only downside is that after a long day out they seem to be the only recent hotel we’ve stayed in where you can’t access Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, etc. Not a big deal but would have been nice to relax with something like that as we’ve gotten used to at other properties."

"Towels and sheets were stained. The room had a funny smell. The bathroom was not carefully cleaned and they used fabuloso. Our room was in close proximity to the noise washer/ dryer. People arguing few doors down. The only great thing I can say; water pressure and temperature excellent!"

"Well just started that people in the office are extremely rude not helpful whatsoever or accommodating to customers . My makeup bag and. My luggage was left in the room and I went back for it 3 days later and they threw it away ????"

"I think this may be our go to from now on when we go to DL. We have stayed at numerous properties, and its always a struggle to balance cost/convenience/quality. Sure, you can stay closer and pay more (or way more) or you can stay farther away and uber, but I think this hit the sweet spot for us. Easy 5 min walk with only 1 street crossing, clean, nice, affordable! The staff here is INCREDIBLE-always said something to us when we were leaving/arriving. Super quiet hallways/rooms. No free...
