"Loved the breakfast, at night a little loud w traffic"

"The location is a good midpoint between Dayton and Cincinnati which is what we were looking for this trip. The property inside and out was clean and well maintained. The lobby and seating are are nice and open with plenty of seating options, games and space for breakfast. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed."

"We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only"

"Worn out linen very old , dirty blanket ,old uncomfortable matress ,chair riped off leather , no staff electronic check in over screen .Never stay again "

"The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. "

"They accepted a booking then I drive all the way there only for them to say there’s no room and not just that I’ll have to chase down Expedia to try to get a refund. Very sad. "

"The room smelled like cat. The sheets and pillowcase were stained. The pillowcase looked like it had fresh makeup on it, but the linens hadn’t been changed. The wallpaper was peeling off and was hooked back on with a thumbtack. The staff gave me a key card out of the return key in without sanitizing it or anything just reset it. I was never given the Wi-Fi password. If I would’ve had any other option, I would’ve left."

" Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

"Pre booked a certain room, got there to be told the room I booked was not available, then was offered a DOWNGRADE, which I considered, til I took a look in the room and it was disturbing! The pool nor the hot tub was in service, which was part of my options in choice for the hotel I wanted. Staff was very polite and helpful. "

"The staff was friendly. The room and bedding smelled musty and some of the towels were stained/discolored. Hotel was quiet and not very full during our stay so parking was plentiful."

"It was ok for the money. They need pest control in the place. I seen roaches crawling in my room that I stayed in. Particularly in the bathroom and one on one of the nightstands. When entering into the building going to my room, it smelled really bad like other people’s body odor. Would not go again."
