Perfect location for a family getaway!

This property is in the perfect location - close to restaurants and all the activities. This was our home base when visiting Cincinnati with our 2 and 5 year old. It was close to the zoo, aquarium, and baseball stadium, and an easy walk to the restaurants in OTR. It was clean and convenient!The only downside was there were several large pieces of furniture that weren’t secured to the wall and a lot of breakable decor, which isn’t great for kids. We made it work with our littles, but keep that in mind if you’re bringing young ones.

Best hotel in Cincinnati!

What a magical experience! Our host paid attention to the little details (bubble water in the fridge, highly responsive), the home was beautifully appointed (think bougie hotel), and the location was magical. We shopped, played at Washington Park, and snuggled in for a movie. This place is perfect for families looking for high class comfort. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great space & location

The space was nice and clean. We appreciate the fun vibes and colorful flare in the space, I especially loved that there were built LEGO sets used as decor in a couple of rooms and a box assorted LEGO blocks in the basement ready to play with. Just a quick walk from Washington Park and so many restaurants and shops made this space one we'd love to visit again.

Perfect stay at Pleasant!

We stayed here two nights while in Cincinnati for work. Way better than a hotel, walking distance to restaurants, with a well stocked kitchen, sauna, and space to rest and relax. Very clean and everything in great condition! Will stay again when back in town.

Amazing stay at a Pleasant Place

Everything about our stay at this Over the Rhine property exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal as we were planning on dinner a few blocks away on Main Street and then a show at the Shakespeare Theater just across Washington Park. This would be a perfect place to stay for any downtown event because of its central location. Having a space to park in behind the unit was key since parking rates were high due to the FC Cincy game on the night of our stay. The unit itself is so beautifully decorated and everything felt fresh and new. The kitchen has everything you could need and the host even left a bottle of Prosecco and snacks for us to enjoy. There is a gorgeous private outdoor courtyard and it was so nice to hear music from the nearby park on the night of our stay. The bedrooms are spacious and so comfortable and the upstairs sitting area is just adorable. I have nothing but glowing things to say about this property. The host provided perfect communication and was extremely responsive to our questions. If you are coming to Cincinnati for a few days book this charming home and be in the heart of this thriving neighborhood! It’s so worth it!
