Summary:
Stay in the heart of Covington! This clean and spacious 1BR offers a cozy living room, full kitchen, and parking vouchers for the garage across the street. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, and nightlife or hop across the river to explore downtown Cincinnati. Perfect for business trips or weekend getaways. Guests love the proximity to downtown activities, stadiums, and convention centers.

The Space:
This is a second floor apartment directly above the Globe Cocktail bar. One flight of stairs is necessary. There is no street parking at this location. However, there is a parking garage right across the street and we leave a few parking vouchers for each guest.

Guest Access:
Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Covington has been a staple of Northern Kentucky for over 100 years. Its architecture, predominantly historic Victorian style, creates some of the most alive and creative spaces that I've seen. Not only is the architecture great but the community is strong. Parks are always busy and brewery's are full of friends and family enjoying this great city.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is readily available in this area. And personal vehicles are a great option as well!

As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.

Bengals Game

My dad and I stayed here for a Bengals game. The room was a pretty short walk to get to Cincinnati. There were also a lot of great bars and restaurants close to the room. I would highly recommend the globe a drink or two. This room is exactly what you need for a weekend getaway.

This is an awful place, avoid.

This is the worst VRBO I've ever stayed at. For starters, the entryway is permanently damp and smells weird. This would have been forgivable, but the entryway is next to the bedroom and no fans are provided. Also, the apartment is advertised as "above the Globe." The host even provides coupons for renters to local establishments, including the Globe. However, the Globe is a private event space and not open to the public. This means the bass of the music will prevent you from sleeping until whenever their private party stops, but you can't actually enter the premises to listen to the music. On the nights we were there, the music was going until well after 4am. As a bonus, patrons of the club will constantly be outside the building yelling and smoking clove cigarettes. So not only is the poorly insulated living room filled with all kinds of fumes, but you get to listen to intoxicated people fight cars. We tried to turn on the TV to drown out the noise, but the internet connection wasn't strong enough to stream. Hosts also left us 1.5 rolls of TP for 2 nights. Also, only some of the validation parking tickets provided actually worked. So we ended up having to pay extra to park down the street from this awful place.

Last Minute Work Trip

I had a great stay! The property was clean, and cozy! I felt right at home. I had a full kitchen when I wanted to make food and a bunch of resturants in walking distance when I didn't. I traveled for work and it was planned last minute. I requested the stay the night before I needed a place and got a response and confirmation in an hour. They are very responsive. I definitely recommend!
