The Penthouse is a large and luxurious 2,400 sqft, 2-story apartment located in the heart of OTR with a rooftop terrace overlooking Main street.

You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies and the Rhinehaus bar.

When you're not out exploring all that OTR has to offer, check out the rooftop balcony with fire pit, 412 game cocktail arcade table, shuffle board, city views, and more.
The space
On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom equipped with a king bed, spacious walk in closet, and attached full bathroom. There is also a full kitchen with a gas stove, island with barstools, a large dining table, computer desk, and living area with a 65" Roku TV.

Upstairs you'll find a full detached bathroom, the second bedroom with a single queen bed with dresser and closet, and the third bedroom at the end of the hall with two queen size beds, a dresser, and closet. The laundry room and game room are also located upstairs equipped with a shuffleboard, 412-game cocktail arcade table, sectional sofa, oversized bean bag, and 55" Roku TV.

On the rooftop you can enjoy the fire pit, seating and dining areas, and amazing views of the city.

Guest access
The unit is located on the 4th floor of the building. There is 2 hour street parking along the street we're on, as well as overnight garage and surface lot parking within a block of the unit.
