While this is not a luxury stay (there are many in the area that are lux stays and super nice), your family/group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, newly updated place. We just finished a three-floor renovation and cannot wait to host you and your family/friends. Get ready for a Bengals, Reds or FC Cincinnati, afternoon at the zoo or Children's Museum, jazz concert in beautiful Washington Park around the corner or world class restaurants and enticing bars within a stone's throw. You will surely love being centrally located and in the same house as your family members/friends (say goodbye to disconnected units or needing hotel keycards to check in with another member of your group/family member)

The house is darling equipped with everything we needed. Location was difficult to find and the alley to get to the parking was very tight. We tried to get 3 cars (medium sized) in the spot and couldn’t so we had to park 1 car elsewhere. I was concerned about the location as OTR had a bad rap years ago- things have changed and the area is actually very delightful and felt very safe. We did the pedal wagon ate at Bakersfield and hit O’Malleys Rosedale and Mr Pitifuls bars and had a total blast! Fun birthday for me! Thanks

This was a good space with nice sized rooms and kitchens. There were some minor cleanliness issues with dishes still in the dishwasher and trash under beds, but nothing drastic.

The location is awesome if you desire to explore Cincy. We were able to take in the City Gospel Mission, Pepp and Dolores Resturant & the Underground Railroad eCenter,and other places either via a short walk or a short drive.

Great location and space!

We held our family holiday celebration here and the house was as described. We were even able to fit 15 of us in one of the living room spaces. Having multiple gathering locations was nice for smaller groups to spread out. Great kitchen Island for buffet style meals!

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was just like the pictures! It was a great property for our family girls weekend of 11. Plenty of room. We loved hanging around the island in the main kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent. Anna always responded quickly to my questions. The area was a little questionable but we NEVER felt unsafe and we were just one block over from Vine St where lots of restaurants and shops were located. I would recommend this property and would stay here again! Thank you!

Great house OTR

My wife and I took my daughter and several friends for a weekend in the city. The house was perfect for us. The two kitchens and multiple bathrooms made it so we all had our own space and were not on top of each other. The neighborhood is great, within walking distance of everything you need and most of what you want. Will definitely stay again.

Family Birthday Weekend

This house was perfect for our family reunion/birthday celebration. It was well equipped for a group of 14! The 2 kitchen areas were perfect for the varying age groups we had. Would recommend and stay again!

Awesome house located in OTR

A group of us stayed at this home for a single night. There was so much space for the 9 of us to spread out and be comfortable in. We loved having the multiple sitting areas and kitchens to relax in. Everything you need is available in the house and To Anna is an awesome host! Extremely responsive and accommodating! Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Location

The house was beautiful and very clean! Plenty of towels, trash bags etc. The house although in a busy location was locked with a gate and keypad which was very comforting. You could walk/ 5 minute uber to many places with so many options! We visited the casino, findlay market and many other places during our stay. Parking is a bit tricky but we figured it out! I would absolutely reccommend and think about staying here again!

Youth Church Trip

We had an amazing time at this property! The home is beautifully decorated and so accommodating! Home is close to many downtown restaurants and Kroger grocery store is within walking distance. Tolu Anna and Kaleigh were super hosts and made our group feel very welcomed and cared for, even checking in with us in the middle of our stay. Would definitely recommend renting this place if you're traveling to Cincinnati, you will not be disappointed!

Great large group rental

Our extended family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home provided very nice sleeping spaces and plenty of space to relax and hang out enjoying family time in the living and kitchen spaces. The entire home is stylishly decorated and had everything you could possibly need to use for your stay. Each of our 3 families had a separate floor to sleep and shower. The location was a prime spot to enjoy all that the OTR neighborhood has to offer with great restaurants, bars and shops and the Market.Parking was very good for 2 vehicles… we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for a great weekend experience in downtown Cincinatti!!

Clean and close to everything

Wonderful property close to everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and this home accommodated all of our family. Also the home was very quiet!! We weren't able to hear the late owls while we sleeping.
