This newly renovated luxury condo includes two bedrooms with in bathroom suite. Over 1,700 square feet to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are two additional couches- allowing 10 guests total if needed. Stunning views of the city on both floors. Spacious living room great for entertaining. Local brewery bar and coffee bar off of the kitchen for your enjoyment. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a nice evening fire and bbq! Short walk to local restaurants, breweries, TQL, Hard Rock Casino, and local parks! Experience the Queen City!

First floor of unit: Kitchen, dinning room, living room, half bath
Second floor of unit: Laundry, bedroom 1 and two, full bath in each bedroom

Bedroom 1: King bed, luxury queen sleeper sofa pullout, and an additional couch in lounge area

Bedroom 2: King bed and high end air mattress

Living room: Queen sleeper sofa pullout and additional couch

*** 4 beds and one queen air mattress. Two additional couches could allow to sleep up to 12!

Guest access
Private top two-floor unit in addition to a backyard oasis. Entrance to unit is on the third floor and the bedrooms are on the forth floor. No elevator.

Other things to note
Coffee is supplied! Both a traditional and local blend. There are also K-Cups and tea provided. Laundry room in unit with detergent. There are stairs to get to the unit and no elevator.
