You’ll be charmed by this newly remodeled family 3BR/1.5 BA (sleeps 6) craftsman home on a cute street off Oakley Square. A comfortable and stylish living space to work, play, visit with family and friends, explore Cincinnati, Ohio and the friendly Midwest.

The home is fully equipped for business productivity, entertaining and relaxation. We have a 3D video tour of the home that we can send on request.

Located in one of Cincinnati’s most vibrant neighborhoods, steps from Oakley Square, home to memorable restaurants, coffee shops and retail experiences. Other neighborhood gems include the historic 20th Century Theater music and entertainment venue and Wasson Way, a beautiful, accessible and sustainable urban greenway trail perfect for walking your dog, biking or walking/jogging. Every aspect of this home has been remodeled to breathe new life into this historical home.

ABOUT THE HOME:

Welcome to a bright open floor plan home with a front porch and back deck built for entertaining. The home is equipped to host 6 people. We have a queen bed, full bed, and two twin beds. Thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities for business and leisure guests:

10 out of 10!! This is such a gem in a vibrant, bustling area! This rental was the perfect base for our trip! The location was fantastic with numerous restaurants, shops and boutiques within walking distance. The surrounding neighborhoods offer beautiful homes with manicured lawns to enhance your walk and entice you to move to the area! The home is impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated. The furnishings are comfortable and the beds are luxurious, providing a peaceful space to rest after a day of walking! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed! The deck and rear yard are an oasis and offer a wonderful place to relax and enjoy lively conversations with your family. My granddaughter enjoyed the games that were provided by the hosts. The hosts, Danny and Nicole, are amazing. Their instructions are very user friendly, anticipating any questions you may have, making the entire process seamless. They are very responsive and welcoming. They have extensive knowledge of the area and provided valuable information on nearby sights, restaurants and things to do. We added a few of their suggestions to our activities - Findlay Market and OTR, as well as the Gatherall- and thoroughly enjoyed our experiences at these locations. My girls were disappointed to leave and we are already planning a return trip.

We had a wonderful visit with my son and his girlfriend who live in Cincinnati. Staying at their house was 10 times better than a hotel. Saturday we were going to go to a park but it was sweltering so we stayed in for a couple of hours and watched the tennis match and a little football before going to dinner. That's all we wanted was to hang out and relax so it was perfect!

Good Weekend in Cincinnati

Property was as described and clean. Neighborhood was a short trip to all City attractions. Check in was easy. Beds very comfortable and temperature of unit was cool even though weekend was hot. Had no trouble parking except Friday night ended up about a 5 minute walk from the unit due to events at nearby businesses. Great stay overall

Amazing Cincinnati House!

This was easily one of our favorite rental houses our family has ever experienced. Every single detail about the booking and stay went beyond our expectations. Great communication with the owners, including clear check-in, check-out and stay instructions as well as a ton of local information shared. The house was perfect for our family of 4 / clean, bright, modern, and with every amenity we needed. The location could not have been more perfect, located within walking distance to a park, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

Family trip to Cincy!!

Beautiful and Bright Decor. Comfortable beds, living room furniture and patio furniture. Loved the coffee and creamer extras. The house temp was cool downstairs but the bedrooms upstairs had variable temperatures. One was cool, one was very cool and one was cold. It was perfect for us!

Home away from home

Absolutely loved this place! My husband and I stayed here with our three children.We can not get over how awesome this stay was. The house had everything we needed and more! And the neighborhood was amazing! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in Cincinnati!

Comfortable and Convenient

We very much enjoyed the comfortable updates to the home conveniently located to anything and everything in Cincy! The home has lots of character and modern updates which made our stay comfortable: full kitchen, spaces to dine, hang-out, and comfy beds. Shopping is walking distance and key destinations are minutes away. We will return to this home in the future. Thanks to the hosts who were responsive to all of our communications.

We really liked that we could walk to the grocery store! The area is completely safe and we could also easily walk to restaurants. The house was well taken care of and very comfortable. Parking was on the street but we didn’t have too hard of a time finding parking. We would definitely consider staying at this property again if it is available when we are in town!

Wonderful visit to Cincinnati!

Our stay in this older remodeled home was perfect. Everything was super clean, really great communication with the owners, and they definitely went above and beyond for us when we realized my daughter left her favorite blanket behind! Would definitely recommend a stay here! We love this city and Oakley is one of our favorite neighborhoods!

Pristine, beautiful house in Oakley!

We stayed with another couple in this beautifully redone house in Oakley! It was spotless! Fully equipped and so comfortable. The bedding, pillows and mattresses were insanely comfortable! The back deck and fire pit was such a bonus. Totally walkable to many hot spots in Oakley. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again! Great host-checked in on us to make sure our stay was perfect, fast responses!

Great home, great location

The home was inviting and impeccably clean! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bathrooms were spotless and we had plenty of towels. The living area was spacious and homey with a comfy couch. We watched movies in the evening on the big TV. Danny and Nicole had great communication and answered questions quickly. The location was perfect! Many restaurants and stores were walkable or within a very short drive. We highly, highly recommend this property!

This house has been tastefully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. The owners were really responsive and available, check in was easy. Close to great walking trail and cool part of Cincinnati, check the address as the location point on VRBO was slightly off. Appreciated how clean it was and loved the back porch! Family gathering

The house is very lovely and met all our needs. Probably the cleanest house we have rented through VRBO. The owners were extremely quick to respond to questions or concerns. They came on Sunday morning at our request to replace all batteries for the smoke alarms in the bedrooms as one started it's low battery chirping. Only thing we encountered as a small negative being a popular neighborhood area with on street parking it was hard to get a parking spot near the house at times. But we would definitely stay again.

Great location and super modern home

This was such a comfortable house for our family’s small Spring Break trip! It has an older look but with so many modern upgrades. Our kids liked the fire pit and fenced in backyard. The owners provide everything you need and more. Well stocked kitchenware, coffee pods, Netflix, super fast internet, etc. Really great location: close to a grocery store, coffee shops, bars, the zoo, museum center. The whole family LOVED Agave and Rye for a splurge dinner! Our ONE negative is street parking. Although we always were able to find a spot on the same street, after a long day of museums and zoos, our little ones weren’t all about more walking😆 We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We traveled to Cincinnati for my son’s soccer tournament and brought along a friend. Great neighborhood, close to everything convenient and communication with owners was excellent. House very charming and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for a girls weekend of 4!

This house accommodated 4 women perfectly for a girls' weekend! The house is clean, updated and decorated simply, but beautifully. The outside spaces are perfect for hanging out. We walked to Oakley , Hyde Park Square, East Hyde Park and on the Wasson trail. It was a fabulous location.
