This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes two sets of full-over-queen bunk beds, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Two sets of washers and dryers in the home

• Dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles: 1 garage space and 1 dedicated spot directly to the left of the home. Please do not park in the empty lot. Additional street parking is available where permitted on a first-come, first-served basis

• EV charger available in the garage

• This home is a sister unit that shares the property with the lower unit, Luxury Mt. Adams Retreat Apt 1. Larger groups are encouraged to book the combination unit, Luxury Mt. Adams Retreat Suites, for access to both the apartment and the main home. Smaller parties may want to consider booking the studio unit separately for a more comfortable stay.

• Please note that the lower deck is reserved exclusively for guests of the lower apartment.

• High chair and portable crib provided

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras; (1) located over the garage and monitoring the garage entry and a partial view of the street, (2) located at the exterior's main door and monitoring the walkway into the home and the home's side, and (3) located on the entrance to the lower unit and monitoring the exterior entry area to the lower unit.
